• Computer network setup
• PowerPoint and Keynote operation
• General room setup and Customer service
• Basic static lighting
• Projection for small meeting rooms
• Digital Display and Video Wall Setup
• Switching and Switching concepts

Passing this class will result in an A/V Tech card in the Local 720 Dispatch System.
